"Horrible Care Home"

I would have preferred to give this home a 0. The home itself is run down, dirty and smells really bad all the time. Unacceptable level of care provided to my grandmother. Constantly falling, always looked dirty or was in someone else’s clothes. Her room was always dirty and the excuse was she didn’t want to leave her room so they could clean it. Failure to keep family updated with all incidents or change to her care. Quite a lot of the staff have no empathy or compassion. Some are even rude. I have moved my gran to another home in Dundee and it’s like night and day the difference. I would steer clear of this home and look elsewhere if you want to have peace of mind that your relative is properly cared for..
