"Ill Natured & Aggressive Staff"

The driver for this company is bad tempered, aggressive and thinks the roads are only there for his benefit. Picking up a car in Tealing yesterday, he blocked the whole road instead of going in to the property for the pick up, took his time about getting the car on, then aggressively started giving the people who had been waiting patiently for him a hard time that he needed past them, and be quick about it. A little civility costs nothing. Aggressiveness just gets peoples' backs up. If this is the standard of service this company gives . steer clear !.
