"Poor after service"

Similar as other reviews, got shower & enclosure installed as per advertised deal of £1495.00, as present cubicle was leaking and flooring sagging. Install guys were great, however noticed water outside one day, so took photos and reported issue. Promised follow up visit to rectify, however no response so far despite several E-mails..
