The above review is is no way accurate and I can only assume that there has been a change of staffing. The lady we initially saw couldn't do enough for us. We were given unconditional access at all times, she listened and we believe that she genuinely cared about our wishes and looking after not only our Dad but us as well.

On the day she stood at the door as we left with the funeral staff. One man walked in front of the hearse and bowed to the coffin before getting in the car, the driver was so respectful and took us by Dads lodge on the route to the crematorium. Even a few days after the service we had a call to make sure we had our wishes carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. A real personal touch from a family funeral directors.
