"Doom and gloom"

A review of Ladbrokes by Fed up written on Monday 1st of January 2018

Very unfriendly staff,I seen a man fall asleep at one of the betting machines,while the lady member of staff went to wake the drunk man,the two MEN that she was working with pulled out their phones to record the situation which they found very amusing , I would have thought they would have helped her instead of making fun of the customer,and they always want away early,maybe they should clock in and out,at least that way the manager would know a little of how the shop is run..
