"Staff that never smile"

The staff in this shop are not helpful,from 8pm onwards they are not happy if you come in to have a bet,they always want you to give them the cash as they have emptied the machines 2 hours early,I have heard them swearing when customers walk in at night ,I can only assume they want paid but don't want to work for it,you can tell when the area manager us in as that's the only time they speak to customers,or do the job they are paid to do..
