"Onion Chutney"

Hey guy's, I live in america and do visit Scotland on a regular basis, Dundee being one of the places i visit. When in Dundee one of the first places i visit is your "Curry in a Hurry" i just love your donor kabab. But what really makes it is your onion chutney. I would really like to have a go at making this and let me tell you i have tried on lots of occasions and my friends like what i give them but i am not happy because it is not the same as yours, is their any chance that you would give me the recipe for this onion chutney as i think it is outstanding. I will still keep coming to your place and I do not intend opening a place like yours in america I am to old (64 to be exact) but would just love to try this. If you do send me this recipe the next time I am in Dundee Me and My wife will take you and your wife (partner) out for a meal at a place of your choosing.
