"Messy"

Arranging funeral the woman smelt heavily of scent that seemed to be masking a worse odour. Had food dribbled down her shirt pet hair on trousers. The costs were extortionate and she didn't inspire confidence. I left and went to another company ( Edward McHugh)who were the opposite. Professional helpful and a comfort . Having came from the south i went to the nearest big regret but lesson learned..
