"Very efficient and caring"

Any time i go to the pet aid hospital i am greeted with a smile and a courteous good morning from the staff and they tell me if the vet is running late or not, then into see the vet, which is a task on its own as i have a large strong dog, then examined then tablets or lotion, then away again, very proficient i would say.
