"Rude member off staff"

A member of staff was very rude to my 82 yr old mother yesterday when my mum ask why she was being so rude the girl just kept repeating her self

that you need bags for change which my mum got the first and opoliges for not having stuff in bags but the member of staff was still rude to her. now my mum is poorly today because she doesnt like confrontation.
