"Completely burnt"

Forgot half my order then when I got home my partner bit into his big Mac and it was COMPLETELY HARD burnt even the burger and black and have pictures tried to ring no answer this is completely unacceptable and definitely willNOT be returning and advising everybody I know not to either if you pay for quality I was definitely ripped off today Unhappy with McDonald kingsway Rochdale.
