"Refund"

I bought 3 dresses from your Dundee store and payed cash, they were unsuitable so I exchanged them for something else, I was not satisfied with 2 of the new items so I took them back for a refund but was refused my money back, I paid extra on the exchange and even though I had the receipt the assistant said I'd only get a further exchange and the extra £2 I paid on the second return? It clearly states on your refund policy that I am entitled to a full refund as long as I have the receipt, i was in a hurry so could not deal with this at the time but I will take the items back and ask to see a manager, this is poor customer service.
