I contacted this company as I required 6 dining room chairs upholstered and an appointment was made for 27th October 2015. No one appeared, and worse still, there has been no explanation why, despite me leaving several messages on their answering machine. The firm was recommended to me by a family member and I have seen the excellent job that was done but I am very disappointed by the lack of communication on this occasion..
