"Good product, bad staff and management."

A review of Fuel Juice Bars by Disappointed, please do better written on Thursday 1st of October 2015

I like the smoothies from Fuel and have enjoyed them in several locations around Scotland. The Overgate branch unfortunately always gives the impression of disorganisation and bad management. For some reason every single time I am waiting in the queue there is always one member of staff putting away stock, no matter the time of day. The member of staff putting away the stock always seems to be doing this slowly and distracting the one remaining member of staff who is serving customers. There is never any sense of urgency or efficiency and the staff seem to regard their conversation as more important than the customers. This is not an isolated case, this is something I have observed over several years with many different staff members and never seems to be improved.

I want to enjoy Fuel smoothies more often than I do but currently it seems like a chore to go there. Some efficient organisation and better staff management would work wonders..
