"Drive Through Experience"

A review of McDonalds by Mrs Murray written on Friday 3rd of December 2010

In the past week I have been to the Longtown Road drive through and I must say I am pretty disgusted to have to complain about both of the orders I received (or didnt as the case would be) How can they get it sooooo wrong both times ...... Meals with no fries, big macs instead of nuggets ... I need not go on. The problem seems to be too many cooks spoiling the broth .... 2 people filling the order but not talking to each other about what is or isnt in the bag. Im getting a bit fed up now as all they offer is for you to return to the store and get an order for free .... to be honest .... I would rather go elsewhere ..... at least I will get what I went for!!!!!
