Complete joke of a gp, still waiting after 8 weeks for a doctors note to open my own childcare service, have had to turn away over 5 children. very angred by the laziness of this man who can not take ONE MINUTE of his time to tick two boxes and sign a form, I am now in the process of going to my local MP and Healthboard. my email address is below if he would like to personally contact myself as every time I contact the surgery he is always 'too busy' to take my calls or contact myself! .
